Now that time is on his side, Egul can conduct himself more leisurely. First, he must deal with the poison on his arm. There is no first aid for such a poison, Egul deduced from its behavior that it was a Guragan snake.

When his mouth was free, the priest began to cast divinations. But Egul refused to let the priest do so and quickly kicked him out of his chant.
"Don’t think about it, you’re not getting that off. Just tell me who sent you?"

The priest gathered his bearing again but this time he couldn’t form a sentence properly anymore. Egul grabbed the priest’s fingers and said.
"I will snap a finger every second that you don’t talk"
