well your growth armor would be unrecoggnizable, it would be growing be exquil or surpass the blade of slaughter,  for he kills a a plethera of mosters per awakener he has put down,  Besides his weapon already ate a sealed weapon, why would you be holding on to the next sealed weapon you come across, and not just sacrifice it and let your weapon eat the vanquished leftovers.

maybe the color of the armor sucks being red, but the ability has a world changing aspect.
