What happened to the 3 eyed wolf? Did he seriously use the super expensive superball and just leave it behind?

I feel like there is a lot of identity confusion. I hear a lot of male pronouns when talking about women. I've gotten used to it but it was really confusing at first. Even when everyone talking is clearly women. I only hear (her) and (she) when it's about the dragon queen.
