The Rich Cultivator-Chapter 39. Relaxing

The golden carriage rolled with an echoing creek along the mountain path. Its ornate decorations caught the filtered sunlight that seeped through the dense canopy of pine trees overhead. The golden panels gleamed with intricate carvings depicting scenes of legendary battles and mythical creatures, while its wheels, reinforced with iron bands, rumbled over the uneven terrain.

Two Desert Warhorses pulled the carriage with steady, determined strides, their dark manes fluttering in the crisp mountain breeze.

The carriage driver, a towering man with a rough-hewn face, kept a watchful eye on the narrow road ahead. His grey hair was tied back into a tight ponytail, and he wore a broad-brimmed hat to shield his eyes from the glaring sun. A sword hung from his belt, a reminder of the dangers that lurked in these remote regions.

Inside the carriage, Tyler White is reading books about formations. His Ghost spirit Mana would eat Spirit fruits or spirit stones sometimes which would boost his powers without even practising. Not all Cultivators have Ghost Spirit with the same ability. Tyler didn’t know that his Ghost Spirit has a unique ability that every Cultivator in the world will envy.

As the carriage navigated the winding mountain path, the scenery shifted. The dense pine forests gave way to open stretches where the mountains rolled gently into the distance. The air was cool and invigorating, filled with the scent of pine and earth. Tyler gazed out the window, marvelling at the expansive view.

The carriage crested a ridge, and the driver slowed the horses. Ahead, the path narrowed to a thin strip, with a steep drop on one side. The golden carriage, though beautiful, was heavy, and a misstep could send them tumbling down the mountainside.

"Thank Goodness I am Not stinky and hired the best Coachman to drive." Tyler said when he saw how skillfully the carriage driver drove.

"Well, the last thing Tyler can care about is money." Mana said.

"Don’t steal my line." Tyler Chuckled.

Then his face turned serious and tried to use a chess Spell. A small black square appeared on the ground before disappearing.

"Tyler’s Manipulation didn’t help?" Mana asked in confusion. Tyler was boasting how he would be able to master the Chess Spell when he treats people as Chess Piece but nothing seems to happen.

"Looks like I was wrong. I don’t understand these parts. Without these it is difficult to master this spell." Tyler just threw these thoughts away. If he can’t learn it, then he will just ignore it. He still has lots of things to study..

Mana, who was floating above his head, suddenly flew out of the carriage. She looked at the villages and farmlands beyond the mountain path. She flew back to the carriage with excitement and shouted, "Tyler Tyler. There are many villages ahead. Let’s stop in a village and hook up with village girls."

Tyler sighed. He is already used to this perverted Ghost. He has no idea how she became this perverted. Tyler opened the window and looked out. He could see that the carriage left the mountain path and headed towards the path surrounded by agricultural fields and farmlands.

The cicada sounds are buzzing across the field. The weather looks a little hot. Tyler told the carriage driver to stop when they reached a nearby village.

The carriage stopped faster. Tyler looked out and saw a farmhouse in the middle of a field. An old lady with her granddaughter is weaving strawhats.

The carriage stopped, the little girl around 8 curiously looked at the carriage. Her eyes shined when she saw such a cool carriage. The horse gave a mild pressure. So she didn’t dare to get closer.

The driver parked the carriage and opened the door. Tyler, who looked like a scholar, walked out.

He saw a For Sale sign in the Farmhouse. Suddenly Mana flew out from his body and rushed towards a certain direction. The Grandmother and her granddaughter are mortals. So they couldn’t see the Mana.

Mana then reappeared and said something. Tyler’s mouth twitched. But it doesn’t mean he is not interested. He also loves to take some breaks and relax his mind.

"Hello, I would like to buy your Farmhouse and your land." Tyler said as he looked at the for Sale sign.

The old lady’s eyes shined before it lost lustre and said, "Young Man, this land is near the mountain. Though my land gives good Harvest every season, you can find better lands if you go deeper. Those lands are closer to the village and travelling costs will be greatly reduced."

"You are really a kind lady. " Tyler smiled.

After a few moments, the Grandmother is sitting inside the carriage with confusion. The granddaughter is happily touching the seats in the carriage. A middle-aged man who seems to have gotten weak due to poison is also lying inside the carriage.

The old lady decided to sell the farmland to treat her son’s poison. Tyler agreed to buy the farmland for double the price. He gave some gold coins to the carriage driver and asked him to drop them on the nearby village and finish the procedure of changing land deed. Mortals still use golds, there are a lot of golds sitting uselessly in Tyler’s ring. Tyler then slipped a half of antidote pills in the middle aged man’s mouth. The middle aged man will wake up in an hour.

After the old lady left, Mana urged Tyler to come faster. The farmhouse has a large pond on the far end. It was properly shaped for swimming, some picnic tables, some apple and peach trees.

Tyler changed his dress to a farmer’s outfit. Then he grabbed a big white bucket to bring back some fruit before starting the long walk to the remote area.

"You have almost everything inside that ring." Mana looked at him and said.

"I have a hobby of buying every useful and useless thing and stuffing it into my ring." Tyler said.

As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing with glee.

He made the women aware of his presence, and they all went to the deep end.

"Who are you?" A girl shouted.

"I just bought this land. I am the new owner." Tyler said.

These girls love to sneak into the pond without getting caught. But today they caught red handed. Mana’s perverted sense noticed these village girls and was peeking at them for a while. She immediately asked Tyler to buy this Farmland and try to see if they can hook up with these girls.

Tyler was bored anyways. So he decided to play along. He wanted to see what this perverted Lady Ghost would do if she got a female.

One of the women shouted to him, "We’re not coming out until you leave!"

Tyler frowned. "I didn’t come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked."

Holding the bucket up, he said, "I’m here to feed the crocodile."

Two Girls panicked and ran out of the pond, the rest of the girls dragged them back inside. Tyler clearly saw heaven flash before his eyes.

"Don’t lie. We have bathed here a lot of times. There are no crocodiles here." A young woman said. She has brown skin and black hair. Her voice is so pleasant to hear. Even if her whole body is submerged inside the pool. Her wet hair and rosy lips are enough to make a man’s thoughts go wild.

"Alright Alright. I will take a step back. I bought many things from a far away city. I would love to invite you girls to a meal at my newly bought house. Since you played in my pond without permission, you won’t refuse my invitation, right?" Tyler asked.

The girls nodded. They aren’t really afraid of Tyler. He is just one man and they know some self defence. But they have no idea that Tyler is a Cultivator.

Inside the house, the girls laughed happily as they ate different types of foods and drinks. Tyler was easy to get along with as he showed his wealth and way of speech. Girls unconsciously moved closer to him. One of the girls was even bold and stuck close to him.

"I don’t plan on staying here. I am just a little tired of travelling. So I bought this place just to stay temporarily." Tyler said which made these girls look at him in awe. They have already confirmed that Tyler is a rich tycoon, but still they were left dumbstruck by his spendthrift.

"So can you give us this farmland when you leave?" The girl who is sticking close to her asked boldly.

"Why not? The one who satisfies the most will get this farmland. And others will get these gold coins." He said as he placed several gold coins on the table which made the girls gulp loudly.

The girl near him suddenly stood up and went near the door and said, "Can you girls go outside? I want to talk about life lessons with mister Tyler alone."

Other girls rolled their eyes at her. They stood up and went near the door. They closed the door from inside.

The brown girl said, " The one who satisfies the most will get this property."

When she said that they turned around and looked at Tyler at the same time. They removed their dress at the same time.

Near the mountain, in the centre of farmlands, inside a farmhouse, a great battle is unfolding. Midst of the battle, these Girls didn’t notice a naughty Ghost’s Hand is touching them here and there.
