For the first time ever, a post made by someone trended more than a post made by the mighty little peep star. The return of the most famous socialite and wealthy heiress was a thing that many were interested in. For starters, what did it mean! Was she going back to the Jun family? Was she going to reclaim the position of Phoenix group CEO? Was she going to run one of the subsidiaries? Why was she back now and was it related to the return of her husband? And what about the picture she posted, her husband wasn’t in it so what did it mean? The questions were many, but the answers few.

People thought her relatives knew and annoying insistent phone calls hounded every member of the family. Calls came from co-workers, friends, press, even the royal palace and international space station.

Chi Lian smiled as she ended the call with her best friend Xue Lili. Lili was Tang Yue’s aunt as she was married to Tang Siming, her uncle. She walked back into the house and met up with her husband who was carrying two plates with wife cakes as it. One was for her and the other his even though half of his would eventually end up his his wife’s stomach.

"What does Lili have to say about the matter? Is their family aware of what Tang Yue did?"

Chi Lian sat down in the large sofa, before she could make herself comfortable, her largest dog Blackguard leaped on the sofa as well and claimed her lap with his head.

"They know and they don’t approve but they also have no plans of intervening. Lili spoke to Yue’s parents and they said they are proud to have the national baby in their family and even though his birth is shameful. Apparently they are very sorry and hope I won’t make things too difficult for their daughter and look at it as a simple mistake." Chi Lian patted her dogs head lightly and laughed. "Their daughter made a mistake and I should ignore it while my own daughter suffers at the hands of their green tea adulterous loose legged daughter that slept with her friends husband after two days of widowhood."

"They have no shame." Muyang hissed.

"Oh it gets worse." Chi Lian chuckled. "They want me to arrange a get together and facilitate a reconciliation between Tang Yue, Mo Liang and Mei-Mei. It is their hope that these matters will not come to light in public because their daughter’s reputation will be ruined and no matter what she did, they believe she has served her nation so some grace should be granted to her."

"Grace!!" Muyang sneered. "Where was the grace when my daughter was pushed down to the ground in a public airport, served with divorce papers and then her head was bashed in? They are lucky that I have not used your evaporation gun to send their daughter out of existence."

Chi Lian sat up, she had actually forgotten all about her gun that could turn whoever was shot into vapor, erasing them from the world without leaving behind a trace of evidence.

"I haven’t used that thing in like twenty five years. Do you think I should give it to Mei-Mei? I am sure that she has a list of people that she would not mind erasing from the world."

Muyang’s eyebrows rose up, he chose not to respond to that. His wife would do as she pleased with her toys and Mei-Mei, her vengeance was hers to decide. He would stick to clean up duty, erasing evidence for her when necessary.

They heard the sound of crunching and looked at Blackguard, the dog was eating up the last wife cake.

"Blackguard! you gluttonous thing." Chi Lian whined.

Muyang shook his head, called the kitchen and ordered for more wife cakes to be delivered. He looked around the living room of their house and noticed that it was spotless and quiet.

"All the kids are gone, the house is empty." he sighed. "Maybe we should have another baby."

Chi Lian thew out the back of her hand, hitting him on the chest. "Are you crazy? We just got that crazy trio out of the house and you want more babies!! No thank you." She turned around and gave him her crazy idea smile. "We could kidnap Mingzhu."

"Stop with the kidnapping of other people’s children." T4, Chi Lian’s system chimed in. "Not just human babies but system babies too. See where your brilliant idea led us, my kid is now giving Mei-Mei missions and threatening her with death. It was supposed to be do the task or face some kind of punishment, loss of hair, loss of a limb, loss of eyesight. You made my baby a killer."

"You named it C4, what did you think it would grow up to do?" Chi Lian defended herself. "Also, you are the one that gave it independence to decide how it wanted to operate. I am not the one to blame here. Anyway, we both know it won’t actually kill her."

"Hmph!" T4 vanished into the virtual screen.

Muyang tapped the smart watch on his hand and a hologram of Mei-Mei’s post appeared in the living room. "I am back, what do you think she means? Is she finally coming home?"

Chi Lian could not speak with absolute authority on what her daughter possibly meant with that cryptic post. However, one thing she was sure of was that her daughter was not coming home just yet. "If I take a guess then its that her post is a warning, the battle lines have been drawn. She is back to her original self, the Mei-Mei before Mo Liang. I have a feeling that this divorce is going to be messy and I for the one will relish watching Mo Liang and his mistress be destroyed."

Muyang received a new video alert and he used the hologram feature to view it. It was live camera footage from a camera in a tree across from Mei-Mei’s villa. Mo Liang, Tang Yue, Mo Hao and Mrs. Sun were standing outside, peeking in through the steel bars.

Three bodyguards that Feng Qi had moved with were pushing them away.

"Look who wants to move into our daughter’s house after being thrown out at the hotel? I cannot believe that this clown actually thought he could just waltz into our hotel and find accommodation." Muyang snickered.

Just as he started snickering, press showed up. News drones from various media houses from around the world were still following Mo Liang around.

Chi Lian shook her head. "Like I said, messy, messy, messy. If I were him, I would not be so eager to move in because Mei-Mei is now in her territory.
