I Will Survive Till The End: Blood Extermination Academy-Chapter 123: Changes
Chapter 123: Changes
Arc 1, Chapter 123 — Changes

The next day, several people rose from their sheets as usual—There seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary.
A few checked up on Levon. Sure enough, his blanket was over his head, as he lay dead fast asleep.
Zzzzzz~
The gang looked at each other tactfully before heading off for their morning meal and returned to train harder, while Levon slumbered his time away.
Everything was as it should.
Well, that’s what everyone initially felt... But what sort of training did their leader do that he was still fast asleep at this time?
At 5 PM, Artilla came to check up on Levon.
"Brother Levy?"
Her soft voice channeled through his ears, prompting him to slowly poke his head out his sheets.
And right there, Artilla’s eyes widened.
"Brother Levy... Brother Levy... Your hair."
Hm?
His hair?
Levon sat up and placed a palm on his eyes to wipe the sleep away. His hand froze in place, and for a moment, silence prevailed.
’What’s going on?’
His heart skipped a beat, knowing there must be something off.
"Brother Levy, your hair...."
After spewing these words, Artilla rushed to her room, grabbed a mirror and returned.
Levon was dumbfounded by his reflection.
"Is this me?"
His hair was still inky jet black for the most part. But, ⅓ of it was now SILVER.
The silver parts were at the bottom, while the black darker parts remained at the mid and top sections of his hair.
Looking at the mirror, it wasn’t just his hair that changed. His facial features became more pronounced, and he could feel that his muscles had buffed up slightly, in all the right places.
However, he still looked lean and built—NOT stocky and huge.
Artilla’s clear glassy eyes still remained fixated on his body.
’Did Brother Levy’s hair always have white ends?’
Maybe it was her imagination, but he looked far more handsome than yesterday.
Artilla’s ears and cheeks turned red.
Sure enough, a simple hair change could elevate both men and women. Different hairstyles bring out different appearances.
According to her analysis, Brother Levy was the most handsome person she had ever seen (In her brainwashed imagination.)
In her mind, she had already started bragging about Levon.
She didn’t think his change was from hair dye.
Her Brother Levy wasn’t so superficial. There must be a reason for his change.
"Brother Levy, why..."
"Training," Levon promptly replied, rubbing the little girl’s head to ease her worrying.
What he didn’t know was that he was making her ears turn redder.
Of course, Artilla was also shocked.
"Brother Levy, are you okay? What sort of shard training did you go through that changed your hair color so much?"
She felt it should be one that was bound to leave him with deep and heavy internal injuries.
The last Match sets were coming up in a few days. Now wasn’t the time to be risking it big to the point where you get yourself heavily injured, internally.
"Brother Levy, don’t you know the rules? We, Bloodren 10s, only have access to the medical facilities 4 times a year."
They’ve already used their first chance at the start when they were treated after their entrance examination.
This left them with only 3 chances. They’ve barely been here for 2 and a half months now, and some have already used 1 or 2 chances left.
Artilla felt that only after 6 months, can she be comfortable enough to use her remaining 3 trips to the Medical facilities.
Levon shook his head wryly when looking at Artilla the worry-wart.
When he first saw her, he felt she was cold and loved silence. But only after getting used to her, did he know she was quite open, only to those she considers True Friends.
Just then, Leo and Shugo returned from training, jumping back in disbelief.
"Buddy, what the hell kind of training did you go through out there?"
"Well, it looks cool. Why do I feel like your aura has become stronger than it was yesterday? Seeing your smile, you must have succeeded right?"
Surrounding Levon, all 3 were still flabbergasted by his sudden change.
Nevertheless, they were happy for him.
As for how much stronger he had become, they were afraid only he could tell them that.
But why hear it when you will be able to see it for yourself soon?
In no time, Rayna joined in and everyone went to take their baths.
After all that training, you expect them to move around like that?
The girls went to the female section and the boys stepped into the Male bath space.
And everyone who saw Levon, had to stop in their tracks, still perplexed and shocked by his changes.
On the hallways, Victorio and his goons who left the bath space, met with Levon and his group who were heading for the baths.
When they were shoulder-to-shoulder, Victorio smiled in passing.
"Good... It seems that now, you are ready."
He, Victorio, has been waiting for their little match for a long, long time.
Amid the thick fog of sardonic glee in his eyes, another glim of light that could not be ignored, appeared.
’Levon Belmont, it’s best you do not disappoint me.’

The days went by, with many shooting Levon multiple stares. Since when did his hairdo always look this way? And his face... it was subtly different.
This matter became a passing thought, as many only had a brief moment of wonder.
Please, the competitions were upon them.
Who cares what hairdo he decides to pull off?
"Hey, check it out—It’s Mr. Pile One... What’s up with his hair?"
"Huh? From the looks of it, the change is a natural one. Anyone can see it happened naturally, and not because of the use of some over the shelf box dye."
"Yeah... Thanks to our enhanced physiques, once I focus on the spot, I can see his hair so clearly, as if he was standing right in front of me. No, it even looks microscopic."
"True... Whatever happened, it happened naturally. I say it must be linked to his training. If you ask me, he must have gone too overboard, straining his poor Shard 1 abilities to the max."
"I think so too. Tch— What a waste of time. It’s pathetic that he won by default, without even moving a muscle or putting up a fight. If not that Victorio wasn’t interested in battling him, how could he have won so simply?"
"It irritates me... It irritates me right down to my gut. This guy is a JOKE. Come on, just talking about him makes it seem like he’s some bigshot worth mentioning."
"Exactly. The bastard dared to make me remember his name all this while for nothing. Heh.... Ninety-nine days for the owner, one day for the thief.... The day is coming when he’ll be pushed back so hard, he will forget how he got here."
With hunched backs and hands in their pockets, several people walked away after getting a glimpse of Levon.
They didn’t know that Levon heard them, and even if they did, they would roll their eyes unbothered.
Do you think they would be scared of speaking ill about such a low-life Trash?
DON’T BE SO NAIVE!
Levon was unfazed, paying no heed to them.
The days had gone by like a summer breeze. freewёbnoνel.com
Tomorrow, the competitions will begin all over again. But Levon would not be involved until the last competition day.
That being said, he still had to attend all matches, watching with the audience till the very end.
Reaching his room, he discovered he was the only one in.
As the competition closed in, everyone was getting more and more busier.
Reaching for his bed, he slowly laid on his back and allowed his consciousness to sink in.
If someone was to enter the room now, they would see a sardonic smile creeping up the sides of Levon’s mouth.
Fufufufu~
Ever since that day, he, Levon, gained the power to sink I without getting drawn by Yaeger.
Sinking deeper and deeper, Levon’s smile was hard to miss.
The hallways were still eerie and dripping with blood, with the floors coated red. The darkness could swallow one whole if fear took hold in their heart.
But this was his body, was it not?
Walking through the barred gates, Levon got a glimpse of his new found friend—who by the way, wished for nothing more than to chew him alive.
"HUMAN!"
Yaeger’s powerful voice unleashed waves of fury that made the room tremble. "How dare you show your face after what you did?"
"I?" Levon’s face looked innocent. "Pray tell, O’ wise Yaeger... What exactly are you accusing me of?"
The more innocent Levon claimed, the more Yaeger’s hostility grew. But what else could he do but yell?
"HUMAN, I will remember this."
"Whether you Remember or not, that’s ALL your business... So what does it have to do with me?"
