Beauty in the beast world-Chapter 311: The plan

Killian zoned out during the fight which got him injured. His mating mark constricted around his skin and that meant one thing, his mate was in danger. When the Eagle tribe started to attack them, he had underestimated them. They were merely three and four marked beastmen and yet fought against him and other immortal beastmen. Their fighting form was vicious and filled with instincts, it was as though they were in a situation of life or death. No normal beastmen fought like this.

Blake had the same thought running through his mind. The Eagles before him were something else. They reminded him of his old days when he, Killian, Victor, and Demir fought together. When they were leveling up, this was their stance, kill or be killed. Not everyone can become an immortal beastman. If not for the current situation, Blake would have liked to have a proper duel with all five of these Eagle beastmen. Regretfully there was something else he had on his mind, his mate was taken away. She no longer remained in the Lion tribe.

Kaizer had to hold himself back from sending his shadow beast to follow Kyrell. Without him present, the shadow might start to act on its owner’s inner thoughts. And the thought he had right now was nothing but to attack and kill. Kyrell had his bunny with him. Attacking the former might hurt her and that was the last thing he wanted. That Eagle would die, that was for sure. But before that, he has to stop the former’ underlings, "Tie them up" As soon as the command left his mouth, his shadow rushed toward the intruders.

The five Eagle beastmen were caught off guard when they felt something invisible restricting their moment. They were thrown against the stone barrier surrounding the lion tribe. Blood gushed out of their mouths and their body felt weak as though something drained all their energy. And when they looked up, a black smoke covered their eyes lulling them to sleep.

"They were good," Demir said as he wiped his bloodied fists.

"Kyrell was the one to train them" Noah commented.

"That speaks for itself. That guy is a monster" Victor said closing his eyes and trying to calm his bloodlust. It was about to awaken until Kaizer stopped them. This was not the time for him to lose his calm.

"We should go to Eagle tribe, that bastard took her," Lucas said in a panic-filled voice, "She is pregnant!"

"Keep your mouth shut" Blake warned the wolf, "Don’t go saying that everywhere. Words spread, we don’t want her vulnerable condition to reach our enemies"

"Kyrell is an enemy," Victor said practicing restraint from every fiber of his being, "She is already with an enemy.....I’ll kill that bastard when I find him" His jaw was clenched and he had blood running through his clutched fists.

"Calm down, Victor," Blake said growing worried.

"I’m trying" Victor stated, "I’m trying my best, Blake"

Noah sighed, "Why did he take her? What business does he have with our mate when he already has a female of his own?" Just remembering that bastard’s female angered Noah. He had never hated someone on a first meet, but that female, Lord she was insufferable and filled with malice.

Lucas had enough, "Will you guys keep on chattering or do something?" Every second that passed felt like he was standing on a hot stone. His mate was gone, this was the most sensitive time in her life. He just wished she was alright.

"We should leave now," Kaizer said.

Blake had a complicated look on his face, "We cannot attack recklessly, the city will fall if we do"

"So we should remain silent!?" Victor blew off, "When our mate was taken away to god knows where!?"

"Our mate will fall into danger as well, you idiot!" Blake yelled, "Lilly is with Kyrell, who is to say that he wouldn’t use her as leverage against us?"

"He is right" Demir commented, "Kyrell has a mate. Our mate means nothing to him now, he is not the old guy we used to know. Noah said something about the conflict that happened between Sunshine and Kyrell’s mate. They slapped each other. What if this is Kyrell trying to get vengeance fo his female?"

"Any rash decisions from us will hurt, baby dove," Noah said plowing the final nail into the coffin.

Lucas’ face fell, "What do we do now? Blake..." He turned to the one he trusted the most, "Blake what can we do?"

Blake took a deep breath. Not staying rational now would mean danger for his Lilly and he would never allow that to happen, "We must infiltrate the Eagle tribe. Secretly...we should find our mate and bring her out of that place without alarming, Kyrell"

Victor frowned, "That is easier said than done, Kyrell will be extra vigilant from now on"

"He broke my barrier" Killian chimed in, "And that too without alerting me" he had to admit it. Kyrell was more powerful than him, "I take Kenna’s help in wielding my powers, but he does it himself. He controls the most powerful and pure form of light ability without relying on anyone. Fooling him is more difficult than facing him"

"I can do it" A familiar voice made all of them turn. Kaizer had a calm look on his face as he continued, "I can mask my presence and act as an Eagle beastman to infiltrate the tribe. I wield power similar to Kyrell’s"

"It is not at all similar" Victor scoffed, "He wields light while you control darkness. Those powers oppose one another. He will be quick in detecting you when you try to cross his tribe’s barrier"

"No wait," Demir said intervening with them, "What if someone else breaks Kyrell’s barrier while Kaizer passes? Once he is inside, Kaizer can easily reach our mate"

"I can’t do it" Killian had no shame in accepting this fact. He indeed could not break Kyrell’s barrier.

"Not you" Demir shook his head, "We have to find someone who is similar or stronger than Kyrell. A power that does not clash with Kyrell’ and the one that can break down the latter’s barrier"

"Breaking down the barrier fully is not necessary" Killian commented, "Only a small gap for Kaizer to pass through is enough. Kyrell will not detect it if we do that"

"But how do we find someone like that? We don’t have time to tour all around the beast world while our mate is exposed to danger" Lucas sighed.

"There is no need for that" Now everyone looked at Noah. He glanced at all of them before adding, "I know someone like that"
