Chapter 625: Chapter 627 Ban Guo Country
Chapter 625 -627 Ban Guo Country
Qin Hao looked out through the car window. On both sides of the road were buildings usually three or four stories high, with absolutely no sight of tall skyscrapers or office buildings.
Scattered along the street, he could see a few cars and occasionally some small restaurants catering to customers.
Next to him, Anna curiously asked, “Mr. Qin, why come to a place like this? Are you investing?”
Qin Hao smiled slightly, “I’m here to buy a small island.”

“Buy an island?” Curiosity flickered in Anna’s eyes as she wondered, why run here to buy an island?
The convoy eventually stopped inside the State Guesthouse of Bula City, reserved for foreign guests. Silin’s people had already coordinated with the folks from Ban Guo Country; this was their arranged accommodation.
Moreover, there were no large five-star hotels in Bula City; the State Guesthouse was the best place around.
Getting out of the car, Qin Hao sized up the area. The State Guesthouse of Ban Guo Country was a three-story building, its yard quite large and able to accommodate many vehicles.
“Mr. Fast, welcome to Ban Guo Country,” a Ban Guo Country diplomatic envoy came over and said to the middle-aged man next to Silin in French.
The middle-aged man, Mr. Fast, smiled and said, “Hello Mr. Moert, this is Miss Silin Ross, and this gentleman here is Mr. Qin Hao, and Miss Anna Insher from the Innsil Family.”
The diplomatic envoy from Ban Guo Country, Moert, quickly said, “Miss Silin, Mr. Qin, Miss Anna, welcome. The State Guesthouse is modest; please don’t mind.”
Qin Hao smiled slightly, “Mr. Moert, you are too kind. The air here is fresh, and the surroundings are beautiful. I have long wanted to visit your country.”
Moert laughed heartily, “What Mr. Qin said is very true. Although our Ban Guo Country is developing slowly, it has an elegant environment and clean air, a fine location for tourism. Mr. Qin, being the wealthiest man in the world, would you be interested in investing in our country?”
Ordinary civilians in Lijia State might not know Qin Hao’s fame, but high-level officials and diplomats of these countries were well aware that Qin Hao’s assets amounted to hundreds of billions of Federal currency—he was not short on money.
Qin Hao smiled and said, “I am indeed interested, but it depends on your country’s policies.”
Moert said, “You’re right, sir. Let’s not talk about it outside, please come in. Tonight, our president will also have dinner with you. Please take some rest first.”
Under his lead, Qin Hao and his entourage entered the State Guesthouse. With nearly a hundred armed guards outside and additional security inside, the place was well protected.
After arranging their accommodation, Moert left. Qin Hao walked out of his room and said, “Mr. Qin.”
At the door, four bodyguards with automatic rifles stood guard; they were all from the Flying Leopard Security Company.
Qin Hao looked at the guns in their hands and asked, “Have you ever fired these guns? Any problem with your marksmanship?”
Anna walked out of the room, all smiles, and said, “Don’t worry, Mr. Qin. These men are rigorously trained and have all seen blood. Their fighting skills are also inherited from the Xuan Country Flying Leopard Security Company.”
Qin Hao turned his head towards Anna, “Miss Anna, would you like to go out for a walk? See the scenery here?”
Anna flirtatiously smiled, “I would be honored to follow your lead.”
As they were about to head outside, Silin emerged from her room, “Mr. Qin, what are you two sneaking off to do?”
Qin Hao turned to her, speechless, “What do you mean sneaking? It’s a pity not to check out the local culture and scenery while we’re here.”
Silin smiled slightly, “Then let’s go together; I’d like to see the local customs too.”
The three of them walked out, not only accompanied by bodyguards but also by Ban Guo Country’s security personnel.
The sky had darkened, but the weather here was not as cold as in Xuan Country and the Federation; on the contrary, it was very hot, to the extent that Qin Hao felt a bit overheated even in a single-layer long sleeve.
Ban Guo Country was located near the equator, where there were no distinct seasons, only perpetual summer.
After walking for a while, Qin Hao turned to look at Anna and Silin, “You two knew to wear thin dresses, why didn’t you remind me?”
An embarrassed smile crossed Anna’s face, “Mr. Qin, I thought you knew. Didn’t Miss Silin tell you?”
A sly spark flashed in Silin’s eyes, “Mr. Qin, I also thought you knew. Who would have expected you not to check online?”
They walked around, and nearly everyone here was black. The economy was severely underdeveloped, even some county towns in Xuan Country were better than this place.
Upon returning to the State Guesthouse, the black man Moert had already come back. Seeing the trio of Qin Hao, he quickly approached, “Mr. Qin, Miss Silin, Miss Anna, our president invites you.”
A glint passed through Qin Hao’s eyes, “Good, Mr. Moert, please lead the way.”
The three of them got into Moert’s vehicle, and though the guards wanted to follow, Moert spoke, “Mr. Qin, we are going to a forbidden area, followers cannot come.”
Qin Hao waved to Leng Xuan and the others, “You wait here.”
Moert had his driver take them deeper into Bula City, their convoy of five vehicles flanked by fully armed soldiers from Ban Guo Country.
The convoy entered the center of power in Ban Guo Country, where security was extremely tight, with posts every few steps.
They stopped in front of a four-story European castle, the residence of Ban Guo Country’s president, Casol.
“Mr. Qin, Miss Silin, Miss Anna have arrived,” Moert said respectfully as he opened the car door.
Qin Hao and his companions alighted from the car, examining their surroundings. The mansion was luxurious and grand, surrounded by lush gardens and flowers, comparable to a top-level luxury home.
Qin Hao thought to himself, the number one man in Ban Guo Country really is wealthy, as a glint passed through his eyes.
Moert said with a smile, “Please, come in.”
Under his lead, Qin Hao and the others walked in to find an even more magnificent and luxurious interior. Anna and Silin were taken aback and inhaled sharply.
They saw Luminous Pearls the size of a human head on shelves, ancient Xuan Country blue and white porcelain vases, diamonds as big as half a fist, and quite a few Western antiques, each worth a fortune.
Beyond these, there were young and beautiful maids in the room, and a round table set up in the living room, seemingly in anticipation of Qin Hao’s arrival.
At that moment, a bald black middle-aged man came downstairs. He revealed a row of white teeth upon seeing Qin Hao and his companions, “Mr. Qin, I’ve heard so much about you, welcome to Ban Guo Country.”
Qin Hao returned the gesture, “Mr. Jacker, you flatter me. Ban Guo Country has extraordinary people and beautiful landscapes, and indeed we have seen quite a bit of scenery along the way.”
Jacker, seeing Silin and Anna next to Qin Hao, had a glint of amazement in his eyes, “These two must be Miss Silin from the Ross family and Miss Anna from the Innsil family, right? Welcome.”
Their identities had been thoroughly investigated by Jacker beforehand.
The parties exchanged pleasantries for a few moments, then sat at the round table. Jacker said with a smile, “This is your first visit to Ban Guo Country, and you might not be familiar with our place. Let’s begin with some of our cultural customs.”
With that, he clapped his hands, and a dancer walked out from the adjacent room.
