Chapter 231 -231: The Third Young Master Coming to Pick Up Someone_1
The female bodyguard backed down after hearing Wu Yuzhen’s words. Instead, she aimed at the plump man, landing a hit and sending him flying through the air, over ten meters away to land by the four men.

“Ah! I think I’ve broken my back,” the fatty shrieked. “Damn it! I see you all are from Zhanshai City heading to Capital City. If I ever meet you again in Zhanshai City, you all will suffer a horrible fate.”
Next time, he’d bring forty of his minions along. There’s no way he wouldn’t be able to crush these people then.
Wu Yuzhen said coldly, “We are from the Songhua Group. If you dare, come and find us.”
“What? The Songhua Group!” he blurted out, fear sapping the color from his face.
The four men looked at their fat boss curiously. “Boss, is the Songhua Group all that powerful?”
“Idiots, if you want to die, then die alone! Don’t drag me down with you!” The chubby man snapped, “You’ve been in Capital City instead of returning to Zhanshai City, so you don’t know how dangerous the Songhua Group is.”
“Boss, just how powerful are they?” The injured men stayed on the ground, and decided to ask from there.
“You know the Li family in Zhanshi City, right?” the fatty asked.
The men’s faces paled, their bodies trembling, “Boss, does that mean the Songhua Group is backed by the Li family? That’s disaster! The Li family is very influential in Zhanshai City. They’re one of the four big clans. If we offend them, we won’t even know how we died.”
“Your sister’s backside.” The fatty barked, “The Li family offended the Songhua Group and were wiped out as a result. All business assets of the Li family now belong to the Songhua Group. Simply put, the Songhua Group is the overlord of Zhanshai City and nobody dares to offend them.”
“What? The Songhua Group annihilated the Li family?” Just like the fatty, the men were so scared their bodies convulsed.
No wonder those female bodyguards were so formidable — they hadn’t even reached the women before they were sent flying.
The four men exchanged looks, said nothing more, hastily stood up, turned around, and hightailed it out of there.
“Hey, where are you guys going? Get back here and take me to the hospital!” the fatty yelled.
When Mo Huasong, Wu Yuzhen, and their group left the airport, they noticed a middle-aged man holding a sign with the name “Wu Yuzhen” on it at the taxi stand.
Mo Huasong walked over to the man curiously and asked, “Who are you here to pick up?”
“I’m a driver from the Wu family. Are you Wu Yuzhen’s daughter?” The driver didn’t answer Mo Huasong; instead, he turned to Wu Yuzhen.
Before leaving, the butler had shown the driver a picture of Miss Yuzhen from twenty years ago.
Upon seeing Wu Yuzhen now looking almost identical to how she looked two decades ago, the driver couldn’t help but ask whether this was her.
“Yes, I’m Wu Yuzhen. Thanks for your trouble, driver. I only have one son, and no daughters.” Wu Yuzhen answered.
“What? You haven’t changed in twenty years?” The driver asked in shock.
Mo Huasong asked, “Mom, are we going to the Wu family now?”
“Yes, your grandfather asked us to come home for a visit. I originally planned that we would take a taxi to the Wu family’s home. I didn’t expect him to send someone to pick us up.” Wu Yuzhen said pleasantly.
Wu Yuzhen had always wanted to see her family again, especially to return in glory.
However, due to various setbacks and her family’s lack of regard for her, it remained a wishful thought.
Now, things are different — she’s made a name for herself in Zhanshai City, and she could come back to Capital City.
Upon hearing this, Mu Fanxuan exclaimed in surprise, “The Wu family of Capital City? Mom, you…you’re a member of the Wu family?”
Upon hearing Mu Fanxuan address Wu Yuzhen as ‘mom’, Mo Huasong felt a little uncomfortable but didn’t comment. “My mom’s father is the current Family Head of the Wu family in Capital City.”
Before coming here, he had already found out about the Wu family.
“What?” Mu Fanxuan was even more shocked.
The Wu family of Capital City was famous throughout the nation. She never expected that her future mother-in-law would be so powerful.
In regular times, she kept such a low profile, not boasting about her family connections. Had she revealed she was from the Wu family while in Zhanshai City, people would have hesitated to cross her, let alone knowing her father was the Wu Family Head.
Wu Yuzhen smiled faintly and shook her head, then told Mo Huasong, “Remember to be polite when you meet your grandfather.”
“Okay.” Mo Huasong acquiesced nonchalantly.
If someone considered him as their grandson, he would treat them as his grandparent. If they ignore him, fine field of fucks begets no harvest.
The driver glanced at Mo Huasong with contempt, thinking to himself – Wu Yuzhen’s son sure knows how to cozy up to the big shots. Only if the current patriarch recognizes you.
He’d heard that Wu Yuzhen made some money with a company in Zhanshai City, which was why the Wu family invited her back.
In the past, Wu Yuzhen had brought shame to the Wu family and was subsequently expelled.
This time they sent a driver and Third Master to pick ’em up, not bad.
If the Wu family really valued Wu Yuzhen, they wouldn’t have sent members of the third generation to receive those of the second. At the very least, they would have sent core members of the second generation.
Even if the old man didn’t come himself, the second and third masters could.
As for the Family Head – he wouldn’t bother coming. What significance did Wu Yuzhen hold?
This time for their arrival, the Third Master, Wu Xingchang remained in the vehicle while the driver received them.
When picking someone up indoors by the exit is generally done. Wu Xingchang, however,
had him wait outside at the taxi stand to receive them. If he found them, great. If not, never mind. No matter what, they were not important.
Thus, the driver didn’t show any respect to Wu Yuzhen’s group. He figured he just had to complete his task of bringing them back was enough.
No matter how big a deal Wu Yuzhen was in Zhanshai City, her influence wasn’t a fraction of the Wu family’s.
“Third Master Wu Xingchang is waiting for you in the car. Please, follow me,” the driver said to Wu Yuzhen.
“What? Third Master came to welcome us too?” Wu Yuzhen asked happily.
Although she’d been expelled from the family, she’d kept abreast of the Wu family affairs. She knew that Wu Xingchang was the son of one of her male cousins.
Wu Xingchang was a skillful businessman and therefore highly valued by the Family Head. Thus, he held some power within the family.
“Yes, please follow me.” The driver walked ahead, not bothering to help with the luggage.
However, Mo Huasong didn’t have any luggage – all his belongings were in his storage ring.
The suitcases belonging to Wu Yuzhen and Mu Fanxuan were being carried by their female bodyguards.
The driver led them to a Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and whispered, “Please, keep your voices down. The Third Master may be resting.”
“Keep it down?” Mo Huasong balked, “Did you come to pick us up or to rest?”
“Huasong.” Wu Yuzhen shot him a look.
Mu Fanxuan gently tugged at Mo Huasong’s sleeve and said softly, “Don’t be angry and listen to your mom.”
Sometimes, a gentle approach can be more effective. Once Mo Huasong heard Mu Fanxuan’s soft voice, he didn’t say another word.
The driver opened the driver-side door, and the young man lying in the back seat lifted his head to ask, “Are the people here yet?”
