Chapter 137: Chapter 137; Thank you Nanny.

The guards were also waiting for their Master to instruct them to dig the graves and drag them out but they had completely filled the graves without hearing Sixth Master Huo’s instructions.

They made sure they had smoothened the place before returning the hoes and shovels back into their jeeps and stood there for God knows how long before driving out. It was settled that even if they came over to rescue them, it would be too late; they would only take their bodies and bury them properly in their ancestral grounds if they were worthy of it!

Huo Qi could only sigh! He doesn’t even recall the last time they had buried someone alive! Sixth Master Huo seemed to have been triggered by what had happened to his wife.

"Have you found anything concerning with the Wen family? Since she didn’t want to say anything, then that means she didn’t want to implicate the Wen family, or she was protecting someone behind the scenes that’s powerful!" He wasn’t certain, but from his observations, it could only be the Wen family, and they could find clues out of them.

For Huo Yang, he wasn’t 100% perfect but Huo Ting Cheng was certain that he knew nothing of whatsoever was happening behind the scenes. This girl was still his baby no matter what, and he wouldn’t let anyone raise her, and the only possibility was that the Wen family knew everything, and they must have orchestrated all this.

"I’m working on it! But Master, I need a break for two days, I feel exhausted after running around for an entire month!" He just wanted to rest for a few days before resuming. He was too exhausted to do anything productive.

"All right, you can assign Huo Wu, I think he is diligent too to handle a few things." He couldn’t push him, understanding that he had been up and down assisting him this entire time. It was time he had some rest.

"Thank you, boss! Where do you want to go?" He felt grateful, at least now, that he could have an entire week to rest. He just wanted to reset his mind!

"To the company!" He wanted to go home but thought of getting done with the company meetings before going back home to accompany his wife for the entire afternoon without anyone disturbing them.

The entire car went quiet as they drove out of the forest. They had just left when two cars also drove over to the same spot and began digging the graves.

Since they didn’t know which grave she was in, they had to dig all of them consecutively.

"My girl!"

"Why could he do this?"

"How could he be this cruel?"

They didn’t know how late they were, but it was too late. They couldn’t survive down there for more than twenty minutes.

"Missus, we will rescue her on time, please don’t despair! We will definitely rescue her!" A rough voice could be heard comforting that middle-aged woman.

They began digging the soil, but they suddenly realized the soil had hardened, and the ones who were shoving it back must have stepped on it, pushing it down and making it firm.

The entire place had several cars parked and other family members waiting eagerly. When they got notified, they drove over in a hurry from the opposite direction, and they could hide somewhere, seeing Sixth Master Huo was still lingering around the place and hadn’t left.

They didn’t have any guts to provoke him and hit him head-on; they didn’t dare to fight him face to face, knowing how cruel this man was.

The Wen family hadn’t expected Sixth Master Huo to target their daughter all of a sudden and greatly regretted everything.

"I have to avenge her! No one should stop me!" an angry old voice could be heard vowing, with his age, he could be Wen Xi Ya’s grandpa.

"Don’t say anything stupid!" An angry voice also sounded from her old age; it could be the Old man’s wife. They were old, but they knew Sixth Master Huo wasn’t someone they could possibly provoke, and he wouldn’t reiterate!

"Dig up faster..." Urging voices could be heard as the guards hurried.

"Sixth Missus here is some congee I just prepared. it’s at the perfect temperature, and it’s good for your weak stomach!" The nanny pushed the door open and walked in before placing the bowl on the coffee table where she was seated messing around with the iPad.

"Thank you, Nanny... Just go ahead and do other things, you don’t have to cater to me!" She could see how enthusiastic she was towards her, but she needed some privacy to take care of some things, and her presence meant she would spy on her and later on report her to her Master.

She now had two non-functioning companies that needed to be worked on; she was thinking of some investments she would need to pump into them. She also checked her account, and she didn’t see anything much apart from the rise of fans and comments from her fans. She hopes to be found soon.

Since that attack video had been published and people had seen it, they hailed her as a hero; she sacrificed herself for her husband, and above all, she made sure no innocent victims were implicated. This was a great contribution to the society.

(My son had gone to the other tall building to pay a visit to his father; if that bomb had exploded around that place, I could have lost an entire family; I don’t know how I would have lived henceforth... Mrs Huo, wherever you are, we pray that you are safe and you will return alive! We will pray to the Gods for your safe return!")

(My husband works in that building, and with such a bomb, they wouldn’t have survived! Please come back safe and sound! We will gladly thank you for the generosity!")
