Na Na's question was met with mixed reactions. Zhang Xian lowered his head and covered his eyes with his right hand as some feelings of guilt washed over him. Yura rolled her eyes and thought, here we go again.

Zhang An yawned because this was pretty much the same rant Na Na had been yelling when she visited Light entertainment while Zhang Bo's face formed an amused expression. It sounded like Na Na was ready to make herself sound like a martyr that had sacrificed it all for humanity.

Na Na did not notice the reactions and she simply went on with her lamentations.

"I have loved your son and cared for him. We haven't had much in our lives but we have never gone hungry for a single day. Even in times when we tightened our belts and lived so frugally I ensured that he went to work on a full stomach. When he fell sick, I slept in the hospital for days on end taking care of him."

"Aren't these things every wife does?" Zhang An blurted out?

Not just wives, even mothers, sisters, friends. Basically, anybody that cared about someone whether they were related by blood or not.

Na Na firmly nodded and said with force, "Exactly. I have lived as his wife for twenty five years. I have endured hardships with him. Never before have I treated him unfairly. You can ask him if I have been a bad wife all these years."

She looked at Zhang Xian for a few seconds, waiting for him to contradict her. A look of satisfaction came over her face when he didn't.

Justified, she turned her head back to the elders and said, "See, he cannot deny that I have been a good wife."

Grandma Zhang couldn't help the sigh which escaped her mouth. Nobody had called Na Na a bad wife. Why was she saying all this stuff?

"Na Na, we are all grateful for what you have done for our Xian. We have expressed it in different ways, verbally and financially. Nobody has said anything about you not being a good wife."

Na Na nodded as grandma Zhang spoke and then she asked her. "Why then does it feel like you are trying to split us apart? I have been so happy ever since my husband turned out to be your son. It felt so great to suddenly have such a great family backing us, so much wealth than we could we ever imagine and all these things like a nice house and nice clothes. It was such a relief to know that Yue can finally get proper medical care and we can live better lives than before.

But, parents-in-law, how could you buy us a nice big house to live in as a family then turn around and ask my Yue to move in with you, leaving me behind." Her eyes shot accusations at the two elders. "How do you expect me to feel when you want him to move to a house where....." she broke off, looked in Yura's direction and then started crying. "It's not fair to me. Mother-in-law, you are not being fair to me."

Grandpa Zhang raised his voice suddenly and said, "The situation is not fair to anyone."

It was not that he didn't understand her plight but these were confusing times and things had to be done one step at a time.

"Yes, we are all suffering silently." Zhang An joined him, lending her voice loudly to support his words.

Everyone was trying to navigate the situation as carefully as they could. Na Na was acting as if she was the only one affected.

Na Na would not hear what they tried to say. All she knew was that Zhang Xian could not be allowed to live within close quarters of Yura without her to watch over them. "If Yue moves here then what about my Yong?" She looked around and her eyes paused on each of the Zhang's, one by one. "All of you want to be under one roof as if you are one big happy family but what about my son? Parents-in-law, are you trying to turn me and Yong into something ugly that needs to be hidden?"

"That is not what's going on here." Grandma Zhang quickly said.

"But it is." Na Na yelled strongly. "You are trying to create a legitimate family and make us the illegitimate ones. Everyone has forgotten that I am also his wife. I am just as legitimate as she is." She pointed at Yura and continued to yell.

Caishen scoffed and he laughed softly. Na Na had been consulting lawyers lately. It seemed she was preparing to fight this battle legally if need be.

The door to the living room was opened and one of the maids walked in, hand in hand with Xiaobo. They had been sent out earlier when Na Na showed up because nobody wanted Xiaobo to watch the mess. Time had already run so fast, it seemed.

Everyone faked a smile and held back their turbulent emotions, hiding the true situation from the young boy.

Grandma Zhang cleared her throat and looked around as she asked. "How long has it been? Look at that, it's way past dinner time."

Xiaobo run towards his great grandmother, unaware of the tension which clouded the room. "Great grandmother, I am back."

Zhang Bo looked at his son and said seriously. "Xiaobo, go to your room."

Xiaobo pouted unhappily and hugged his great grandmother. Then he complained in his whiny childish voice. "Great grandmother, I am hungry."

Grandma Zhang, smiled fondly at Xiaobo and she said, "Mmm, why don't you go to the kitchen with aunt An."

Xiaobo let go of her hands and walked to Zhang An. The two left the living room and the fake smiles on the faces of almost everyone then disappeared. The talk had to be continued, albeit in whispers and hushed tones.

Zhang Xian spoke first, and he shocked everyone by what he said. "I will not move in."

The Zhang elders were surprised and their faces fell. Grandma Zhang even looked at Na Na harshly, blaming her immediately for this.

"Xian, you don't have to say this." she said quite urgently.

Then, another voice joined in with another decision that surprised everyone.

"I will move out." Yura said coldly.

The coldness was not just in her words but also on her face which was stoic, devoid of any emotions.

"Yura!!" grandma Zhang exclaimed.

Yura looked at the elders and said with focus, "Mother, father, at some point, we are all going to have to start making hard decisions or selfish ones. That woman showed up to my company and created a scene. The rumors about her are already flying at the company I own, something which I greatly loathe. And the children's father....." She looked at Zhang Xian with some hidden anger in her eyes. "He doesn't remember me at all. We are strangers to each other right now."

What she wanted to add but didn't was that he had brought Na Na here, into the house which had always felt sacred to her. He obviously cared for Na Na more than he cared about her currently.

If he never regained his memories, what did it mean for her?

Would she spend the rest of her life forcing him to remember, to love and accept her. Could she wipe out the more than twenty years he had spent loving and sleeping besides Na Na?

They could not have their cake and eat it at the same time. Something had to go and she had decided to leave with her dignity and integrity intact.
