Countless Sage-level attacks were unleashed from both sides as a hellish apocalypse consumed the entire planet. The Martial Sages unleashed more materia prima than had ever been released in a single battlefield.
Many, many tons and tons of matter was converted into pure energy each second, fueling astronomically powerful techniques that ravaged heaven and earth, crumbling the very fabric of the world to its very elementary particles and constituents. The quasi-Transcendent monsters and beasts unleashed the full extent of their physiclaity and physiology with grave desperation to destroy the human invaders, not just out of self-preservation, but also out in a rampaging frenzy that set them into a maddened primal bloodlust to destroy all humans due to the influence of the Beast That Roared.
Unlike the lesser monsters, however, they had retained more agency and control, being able to make strategically wise decisions such as retreating and allying with each other in a large, singular front to pool their power together for a common goal.
The Transcendent-grade esoteric substances within their bodies were activated as the giant biotechnological weapons of mass destructions that were the quasi-Transcendent beasts and monsters unleashed all their power atop that of the Martial Sages.
As far as raw net energy went, they were more than an order of magnitude greater than their Martial opponents.

The Virodhabhasa Theocracy hunted the jotuns that had been nearly wiped out while the Bodhisattvas of the Gen Temple exterminated the remaining basilisks. The Nest of Terra hunted down the remaining golems while the Blood Cult hunted the repopulating and regenerating remains of the flora hive lifeform.
They unleashed all their power, going all out with the sole intention of erasing every last damned monster and beast. Their attacks were desperate and almost maddened.
Ten long years in the depths of the Beast Domain had taken its toll on all of them.

A massive moon towered over the entire battlefield, with a gravitational field so massive that it drew land from Gaia, and caused a zone of near-zero gravity on the battlefield. The astronomically destructive attack ravaged the entirety of the celestial creature, ravaging its vast and extensive body with great power and force. The moon shivered lightly before unleashing its own attack upon the Devil.

The moon shook as it swallowed the Devil, transporting to its very epicenter, before crushing him within the depths of its entire body. An unfathomable amount of pressure and force converged upon the Devil's body as the living moon deployed its entire body weight to crush him in the blink of an eye.
And yet, it couldn't.

A tremendous explosion of destruction emerged from within the epicenter of its body, as its surface cracked.
From within the depths, the Devil fought back against the convergence of astronomical pressure with the sheer potency of his destruction. Despite being surrounded by extraordinary temperatures and mind-bending pressures, Damian grinned.
Even as his body experienced enough pressure to crush it, the madman grinned a gruesome, murderous smile.
"Destruction cannot be crushed."

He unleashed a tremendously enormous wave of destruction that swept across the entirety of the moon body. A violent struggle ensued as the two of them engaged in a brutal tussle and race to see which one could destroy the other first. Damian unleashed every high principle of destruction that he had at his disposal as he sought to destroy not just his opponent but also all of its attempts to crush him at the very epicenter of his body.

A horrifying wave of antimatter, high energy radiation and heat and emerged, ravaging the body of the moon while the moon retaliated with ungodly pressure and force that not even the Devil could withstand easily.
Cracks and fissures emerged on the moons body while Damian's skin and flesh sheared, tearing while his bones began fracturing, unable to endure the sheer power. The two dragged each down in a destructive spiral, as they understood that no more than one of them would be emerging from the battle alive.
