"Noah, please!" I latched my hand tightly through Noah’s arms, some people were already glancing in our direction and from the thick tension present, I was worried that they might throw blows at any time. "If this is about Nora, please forget it!" Noah said coldly "I don’t care if she’s going to release all her demons, as far as I am concerned, she’s going to be punished for what she has done. "She is not okay! Noah!" Alpha Steele said through gritted teeth "You know this... we all know this. Everything is not fine with her. She needs help, lots of it. "You don’t have to worry about that!" Noah gave him a dry smile "I know my sister as much as you do if not more and I had anticipated that she would do something like that. It’s a place built for the hardened of hardened criminals and since we cannot stand her unleashing her wolf, that is the best way to go about it, I’m afraid,".

"You threw Nora in a maximum-security prison?" Alpha Steele’s eyes widened with disbelief and horror "I can’t believe you’d do that, not after everything she has given for you. Those years when she had to take care of you as a child until you grew up. Is this how you can repay her,".

"I am doing her a favour. Letting her loose is like allowing a rogue to exploit your pack. Nora is dangerous. All these years of managing and trying to pamper her didn’t work and now we have to use a more aggressive approach but..." Noah raised his hand "I am still taking care of her. I felt Noah freeze beside me. The question had caught him off-guard but lucky, I’ve dealt with bullies all my life, so this was a very familiar scene.

"Yes!" I nodded smiling at him "I know about all the dirty family secrets and it doesn’t matter whether he approved or not; Noah is kind-hearted and very family-oriented. "But I thought they were fated mates?" My brows shot up in perplexity.

"I honestly don’t know," Noah sighed and cradled his head with his hands "He messed her up. Nora wasn’t always like this.
