My Charity System made me too OP-Chapter 248: World Ruler
"Time to open the chest," Leon murmured as he raised his hand toward the Trial Chest that hovered in front of him, glowing with transcendental energy.
The moment he touched it, radiant symbols ignited across the chest's surface. With a soft click, it opened—and a wave of unimaginable power burst forth.
{ You have opened the Final Trial Chest! }
{ You have obtained the Lost World: Zharacia }
[ Zharacia: A Forgotten World Reborn ]
Zharacia was once a magnificent realm teeming with elemental harmony, divine races, and vast civilizations that touched the stars. But millennia ago, it fell into ruin during the Great Collapse, its core shattered, its skies torn apart, and its name lost to time.
But now… its heart has been restored.
The World Core has recognized Ascender Fang as its Sovereign.
The moment your hands touched the restored core, the very world of Zharacia awakened once again—rebuilt from memory, magic, and ancient purpose.
{ The World of Zharacia is now bound to Ascender Fang }
{ Title Gained: World Ruler – Zharacia }
➤ As the ruler of Zharacia, you may now:

{ However, Zharacia is the first world to be completely restored from collapse in 12 Tower Cycles }
The light faded, and in Leon's palm floated a small, pulsating orb—the World Seed of Zharacia. It looked like a miniature planet, glowing with shifting runes, storm clouds, and glimmers of civilization deep within.
"A world… of my own," he whispered.
And in that moment, countless beings across the Tower felt it—The Notifications rang
A new World Ruler had risen.
Leon held the glowing World Seed gently in his palm, its pulse syncing with his own heartbeat. Without hesitation, he guided it toward his Arune Key—the symbolic anchor of his personal space and power.
As the seed touched the Arune Key, a brilliant surge of light burst forth. The key absorbed the World Seed with a soft chime, and suddenly—
His Arune Space began to change.
What was once a small, secluded dimension—barely larger than a palace ground—began to tremble. The borders stretched endlessly, the air thickened with mana, and sky formed where none existed before.
A swirling storm of cosmic energy engulfed everything until… it stabilized.
Before him now existed an entire world.
A vast, living world.
Half of the planet was submerged under deep, crystal oceans—endless, powerful, and filled with strange blue light. The other half floated with massive, drifting landmasses—disconnected continents orbiting gently in the sky like floating islands of a forgotten era.
Leon floated above it all, taking it in from the celestial canopy of his newly reshaped Arune World.
"Just like in the Trial World..." he murmured, eyes glinting.
His voice echoed in the silent, newborn sky. Clad in white robes formed by his refined soul-force, he lifted his hand and summoned a silvery-white thread of energy.
It shimmered like a voice—the White Voice from the Trial.
"Hmm... it's not so bad," Leon muttered as the thread unraveled itself across space.
Like a painter sweeping across canvas, it carved stars into existence, aligned moons into orbit, and breathed light into a newly formed sun. Cosmic winds whispered around him as the world bloomed into a complete realm.
"Now this… this looks like a proper world."
A sunlit sky. Moons gliding silently in the distance. Floating continents basking in soft golden light. Waters shimmering with depthless secrets. And at the center, a tower-like palace rising from the ocean, crowned in white-gold stone.
This was Zharacia, reborn.
And it now belonged to Leon
Leon spent hours drifting through the skies of Zharacia, his gaze sweeping across the boundless oceans, drifting continents, and endless forests. But the deeper he explored, the more a single truth became clear.
"It's empty," he muttered with a sigh.
There was no sound but the whisper of wind over water, no movement but the waves brushing against stone. No creatures, no beasts, no civilization. The world was beautiful… but hollow. A masterpiece without a soul.

And then—
a series of ethereal messages echoed into his mind:
{ Ascender Fang, your world lacks life. }
{ To bring vitality to Zharacia, you must complete designated World Quests. }
{ New Questline Unlocked: [ World Quests – Zharacia Rebirth ] }
{ Available now at the Tower Ascender Association }
Leon raised an eyebrow as the messages faded, "hmm, And I though I can just bring others here" he mumbled as he exited his Arune space...World now.
And then, in the blink of an eye, Leon appeared inside a vast and grand structure—the Tower Association Headquarters.
Every Ascender who steps onto the 11th floor appears here first. From this point onward, the rules of the Tower change drastically: death is no longer reversible. Starting on Floor Eleven, death means true death—no revives, no resets.
Because of that, all paths from here on were no longer random or chaotic, but designed, structured, and filled with intelligent oversight.
Here, the Tower Assistant Menar awaited—beings chosen to guide and verify the identities of those who had reached this stage.
"Welcome, new Ascender. Please proceed to the Check-In Area," a smooth but slightly aquatic voice said.
Leon raised an eyebrow. The voice belonged to what appeared to be a walking, talking fish—though far more refined than any common beast. A noble member of the Deepkin, a high-tier race from the Floor 50+ Ocean Realms.
Still, the being bowed with elegance and continued, "I am Menar-Type Six, your assigned Entry Assistant. Do follow the path—your trial record is already causing… waves."
Leon nodded politely, unfazed. He had met worse things than fish-men, and the way this one carried itself showed it was no joke. Quietly, he followed toward the designated Check-In Area, where the path of a true Ascender would officially begin.
"I hope my identity isn't leaked," Leon muttered under his breath.
The Menar—one of the Tower's enforcers, almost like a cross between a police officer and a protocol agent—nodded calmly.
"Rest assured. Since you've already registered under VIP Privilege Level 1, your identity is sealed. However," she continued with a hint of caution in her tone, "some information may still leak if higher-level entities try to dig. I recommend you upgrade to VIP Level 5 if you wish for total anonymity—even against higher floors."
Leon gave a short nod and accepted the prompt that appeared in front of him. With a casual flick, he upgraded his profile. The system didn't ask him for any payment. Of course—it was a courtesy to the one who had shattered records.
"Very well," the Menar smiled, handing him a silver-black identification card. "Welcome to the real Tower, Ascender Fang. Though I'm not sure I should even call you that anymore. You're more like a Mythical Being—something that appears once in many cycles."
Leon gave a faint smirk.
"Can I know your name?" he asked as they walked.
The Menar turned to him, her elegant fins fluttering behind her like a cloak. "My name is Imeria. It's a pleasure to serve someone like you, Ascender Fang."
Leon shook his head. "You can call me Leon."
After a moment, his registration was complete. Leon stepped out of the Tower Association's main hall and looked outside—only to be greeted by the breathtaking sight of a vast, bustling city sprawled beneath a twilight sky.
The city was unlike anything Leon had seen before.
Massive towers of crystal and steel pierced the sky, their peaks surrounded by glowing rings of energy. Floating platforms moved people and goods between levels, guided by arcane runes. The air shimmered with mana so dense it was visible to the naked eye, forming trails of color as spirits, constructs, and beasts moved freely among the crowds.
On the streets below, Ascenders from countless races mingled—elves with luminous tattoos, giants with stone-carved armor, even phoenix-born wrapped in fiery cloaks. Stalls sold otherworldly wares: breathing fabrics, soul-bound weapons, elixirs that sang to the drinker. Each step hummed with the pulse of the Tower itself.
Above the city skyline, a colossal golden spire dominated the center—it was the "Tower Nexus," the gateway to the 12th floor and beyond. Surrounding it were nine flying fortresses, rumored to be homes to the Nine High Ascenders currently dominating the upper floors.
Leon stepped forward, eyes narrowed.
"So this… is the world of true challengers," he muttered.
A Tower Attendant handed him a thin card made of shimmering metal, marked with the symbol of a blooming lotus.
"Your Ascender Badge, Sir Leon," she said politely. "With this, you have access to the Tower Association's services, housing districts, quest boards, and markets. And as a VIP-5 member, a private estate has already been assigned to you in Skyflare Sector."
Leon took the card and nodded.
"Lead the way," he said. His tone was calm—but his heart beat with anticipation.
And from here on there are only Elites, making it much better fro him.
