Leon rolled his eyes in response. "Of course, there are over eight continents in this world. Aside from the Human and Demon continents, there are the Dragon, Elf, Fairy, Dwarf, Beastman, and Dark continents."

" And each continent has a ruler and my fucking quest is to become the King of this World not just one Continent"

" and to do that either the rulers of each continent have to submit to me or die"

"Hmm, enough of that. I'll just make them submit to me next time, or they can die for all I care," he mumbled as he leaned back at the post.

He glanced at the scene before him—Shubh had brought along a sleeping beauty who was now hugging a body pillow with his image drawn on it. Her earlier flaming bear had long been replaced. Meanwhile, another figure was lazily eating one drumstick after another, pulling them out of an infinite pocket.

"Soma's ability is seeing the future," he said, as Soma nodded. "What about you?" he asked the Demon Lord of Gluttony.

The Demon Lord of Gluttony, Odan, paused mid-bite, chewing slowly before swallowing with a satisfied sigh. He licked the grease off his fingers and lazily glanced at Leon.

"Me? I eat," he said simply, pulling another drumstick from nowhere and taking a bite.

Leon raised an eyebrow. "That's it?"

Odan smirked, his sharp teeth glinting. "Not just food. I eat everything—magic, souls, curses, weapons, even laws of reality if I chew long enough. If it exists, I can consume it." He took another bite, his voice carrying a lazy confidence. "The only limit is my digestion. If I eat something too complex, it lingers inside me until I fully break it down. But once I do, it's gone forever."

Leon narrowed his eyes. "You can eat laws?"

Odan grinned wider. "Oh, you have no idea how many annoying restrictions I've erased just by taking a bite. Gravity? Time dilation? Sealing spells? If I get my teeth around it, it's as good as gone. Of course, really powerful laws take longer to digest, and the stronger the concept, the more effort it takes."

Leon hummed in thought. "That could be incredibly useful."

Odan shrugged. "Maybe. I don't really care. As long as I get my daily meals, I'm happy. My city thrives because I don't demand much—each family just has to bring me food once a day. In return, I protect them from outside threats. Fair trade, don't you think?"

Leon smirked. "More than fair. In fact, I've decided—you're the new Demon King."

The moment he said that, Soma, still half-asleep, lazily lifted a hand and muttered, "Saw that coming." before rolling over onto her pillow.

Odan blinked. "Wait, what?"

Shubh grinned. "You heard him. You're in charge now."

Odan chewed slowly, then swallowed. "...As long as I still get to eat, sure."

Leon sighed. "You two are definitely the oddest Demon Lords I've met."

Then, without hesitation, Shubh lifted Soma off the ground like a sack of potatoes. The Sloth Demon Lord barely reacted, too sleepy to care.

Leon noticed a signboard near her bed that read:

"If it's you, Shubh, just pick me up and take me. Just don't disturb my sleep."

He let out a small chuckle. "At least she's easy to deal with."

With that, Leon turned away, his mind shifting to the real threats ahead—the other continents, and the beings ruling over them. "Dragons, Elves, Fairies, Dwarves, Beastmen, Dark Elves... This world is far bigger than I thought."

His gaze sharpened. "And I'll make them all submit."

They nodded as Leon looked at them. "Accept this, by the way," he said, sending two seals toward them.

Odan and Soma instinctively reached out as the seals fused into them.

[Demon Lord of Gluttony, Odan, and Demon Lord of Sloth, Soma, are now saved under the Origin Conjurer ability.]

Leon smirked. "Good. Now I can even summon you outside this world if I want to."

"Anyway, I'm just going to enjoy my stay here," Leon mumbled as he observed the city's bustling gathering. It was an everyday drill—practicing defending against invasions from the Dread Forest.

"Shubh, go and convince the other rulers to submit to me. Only if they resist stubbornly and prove to be threats should you kill them. Remember, killing them is the last resort, okay?" he said.

Shubh nodded and left without hesitation.

Thanks to her, he didn't have to worry about the quest anymore. He no longer needed to constantly raid dungeons to elevate his status to meet the requirements to dethrone the kings. Nor did he have to recruit others, hunt for hidden talents, or prepare for large-scale wars to secure his reign.

This was all due to his overpowered ability, Origin Conjurer, which allowed him to summon up to five beings of the same rank as himself, four beings of a rank above, and so on—culminating in a final summon capable of reaching Tier VIII. And since he could create them on his own, producing an eldritch entity like Shubh-Niggurath made the ability even more broken. Despite being a Tier VIII existence, she was an powerful being—one that made his forces exponentially deadlier.

Shubh-Niggurath soared through the skies above the vast ocean, her abyssal wings cutting through the clouds like blades of darkness. The wind howled around her, yet it failed to stir the writhing mass of tendrils and shadowy mist that constantly shifted around her form. Below her, the shimmering blue of the sea stretched endlessly, the occasional island or fortress dotting the horizon. She paid them no mind. Her destination lay ahead—the Dragon King's Continent.

As she neared its shores, the temperature shifted drastically. The once-calm winds grew turbulent, carrying the scent of molten rock and ancient, untamed power. Towering mountains jutted into the sky like the jagged fangs of some primordial beast, their peaks crowned with nests of slumbering dragons. Lava rivers flowed like veins across the land, illuminating the darkened cliffs in a sinister crimson glow.

The moment she crossed into the continent, a powerful surge of mana swept toward her—a barrier meant to deter intruders.

"Hmph," she scoffed, raising a single hand.
