The trees seemed to loom over him with a sinister presence, and the sounds of rustling leaves made him look around.
"Why is there fog everywhere? This wasn't what I heard about this place?"

Except Eren and Xiu Ying, no one else could see in this fog beyond a few meters. Not even the beasts were capable of that.
