Mated to Four Alphas-Chapter 230: What are you doing here?
Chapter 230: What are you doing here?
When Silas turned around, he saw Theron standing there, holding all the bags. A smile spread across his lips upon seeing Theron.
But beside him, Damon and Lysander were also there.
His smile faded away as he noticed them, because it was unpleasant to see those faces, which made him angry and only brought back sad memories.
But he didn’t say anything at that exact moment because the taxi driver was still there.
Silas turned toward the taxi driver to pay him, but before his scanner could scan the code, Damon scanned it first and paid the taxi driver.
As the driver left after getting paid, Silas was looking at him leave and then stared at Damon without uttering a word, before glancing at Theron.
Theron’s lips were curled inward as he looked down, his forehead sweating.
Silas took out his mobile from his pocket with his right hand and sent Damon the money back that he had paid to the taxi driver.
DING!
As the notification sound came from Damon’s mobile, he glanced at his phone and saw that Silas had transferred the money back.
Seeing that, the corners of Damon’s lips pulled down.
His eyes only seeing the ground, he put his mobile back into his pocket.
Velric grabbed onto Silas’s leg with one hand while standing beside him and looking in front of him.
He started to suck his left thumb as he realized Silas was not saying anything.
But Theron came forward while gulping, because in that outfit, Silas was looking so hot. He knew he was thinking off-topic.
Lysander and Damon came there with Theron because they wanted to meet Silas, even though Theron had said no — they still came anyway.
Theron knew Silas was going to get angry at him for bringing those two there, but still, he couldn’t stop staring at Silas’s bare, milky legs.
He was even ashamed of himself for such a perverted thought, but what could he do when Silas himself was this sexy?
"What are they doing here?"
Theron stopped hearing that and glanced back at both of them, because he couldn’t do anything now.
"Silas, listen to me, it’s not like I didn’t stop them from coming here. They still came anyway."
Theron’s focus was on Silas’s face now. He was measuring his expression to find out if he was angry at him or not, but there were no expressions on Silas’s face — it was blank. And his eyes were on Theron.
"Theron, I don’t want to see their faces. Tell them to leave from here."
Silas’s tone was cold, and he was very serious.
He bent down toward Velric and grabbed him by holding him under the arms, lifting him into his arms. Then he turned toward Theron.
"Come on, let’s go, Theron. We are getting late."
Silas started to walk toward the elevator, and Theron ran behind Silas while glancing at his brothers, because he also couldn’t do anything now.
The elevator doors opened, and as Silas and Theron were about to go in, Damon stepped forward.
"Wait, Silas, are you terminating the contract with my company?"
His question was simple, still hard as a rock, because deep down in his heart he already knew why Silas was terminating the contract — still, he wanted to hear a yes or no from Silas’s own mouth.
Silas didn’t step into the elevator and turned around, gazing at Damon.
"Yes."
Damon had expected that when he heard this from Silas, he wouldn’t pressure Silas and would just let him go without causing any more problems. But in fact, after hearing the yes from Silas, his heart ached.
He couldn’t accept that Silas was leaving him and going to sign the contract with Jeren’s company.
Because of that Jeren, everything happened — that’s what Damon’s thoughts were.
If, in the first place, Silas hadn’t met Jeren, then everything would have been fine now he was thinking.
"Why? Because of my behavior? Then don’t worry, I won’t even show you my face. Just don’t work with Jeren, please."
Silas’s one eyebrow raised.
"I bet you still think there is something between me and Jeren, right? That’s why you’re telling me not to sign the contract with him. But I don’t care whatever you think, because I am gonna do what I want to do."
He was glaring at Damon because he had enough now.
Damon and his brothers didn’t even feel ashamed thinking that he had a relationship with Jeren, who is much older than Silas.
And he didn’t want to see Damon’s face either, but Damon kept popping up in front of Silas.
Damon started to look around.
"I was wrong for thinking like that, because that’s how things work in the industry. Often, omegas date alphas who are much older than them to gain a main role in dramas or movies."
Silas scoffed hearing that and glanced at Theron, while Velric, knowing they were talking about something serious, rested his head on Silas’s shoulder while looking back. Silas put Velric down on the ground.
"Theron, take Velric to the apartment."
He even handed over the keys to Theron. Theron got into the elevator with Velric.
He didn’t want to leave Silas alone, but since Silas told him to, he left.
When the elevator doors closed, Silas stepped forward toward Damon.
"So what would you do if I was that type of omega who sleeps around to gain popularity?"
"Silas, I know you are not that type of person."
"If you know I am not that type of person, then how dare you question me about whether I was in a relationship with Jeren or not?"
Damon’s eyes widened because he had realized what he did.
At that time, when Silas rejected him, in the heat of the moment he got angry after hearing rejection and that Silas was hugging Jeren, who is much older than him, while rejecting Damon even from getting a little bit closer.
"I am sorry." Damon apologizes.
