It was good dream until the guests at her coronation turned into rats trying to eat bite her for the cheesecake crown on her head. When she opened her eyes just as the biggest rat was about to bite her, it was six thirty in the morning and she was drenched in sweat.

Breathing heavily, she touched her head and body. All was well, no rats and no cheesecake crown. It was simply a nightmare.

"Blind box!!" She clapped her hands once suddenly.

There were important things that she had put off in the process of bragging to her friends about Jingzhe’s success.

She blinked once, thought of her system and the virtual screen appeared. Mei Mei tapped the activate blind box option.

"Host, you will get a blind box option once a week if the right mission is triggered."

Mei Mei did a little dance with her hands. "Show me, show me." She said eagerly.

Three gift wrapped boxes appeared on the screen. They were all the same size and shape. She could not tell what was inside.

"Host, normally you can choose one out of three but today you get two options. And the tree planting task has been accomplished, points have been rewarded."

Mei Mei clapped for herself softly.

C4’s face suddenly covered the entire screen as he said, "Host, before you choose the blind boxes be warned. The boxes include, Gold, silver and copper. They are ranked according to value. You have no way of knowing which box is gold and which one is copper. It all depends on your luck so good luck."

C4 faded into the background and Mei Mei put her hands together, breathing in and out tensely. If only she had a way of figuring out which box was precious and which one was not.

She covered her eyes with one hand and made a random choice.

The box was opened on the virtual screen, golden light like the a bright morning surprise poured out of it.

"Congratulations host, you have won a neural dream decoder. It is a device that records and visualizes your dreams, turning them into playable holographic scenes."

Mei Mei’s face went from excited glee to disappointment. "Dammit.." she mumbled.

Why would the system think that this was something she needed?

[You have thirty seconds to choose your last blind box. One, two three, for, five....]

She remained frozen until the system reached twenty nine and she randomly chose another box. The one on the right. This time, she picked copper and she was less excited about that even more.

It was not what she was expecting either but it made her smile. Mingzhu would be very happy to get a pair of these boots.
