Now come forth rat and join my immortal army.

I followed the process like I always do, any dead being that is near me will head my command, but right now...

I tried to do this again and again, but still no result.

The clacking of door alerted them and all looked at the direction of me.

A boy in shabby clothes, I was covered in blood and mud and my face wasn’t recognizable right now.

But that was true for only the man, everyone beside him knew who I was.

And when they saw me, their faces filled with panic, especially that of Setsuna and mother.

"Did I not ask you to send all of the workers out, hero? Why is this snorty brat still here?"

A hoarse voice, filled with loathing...

The man on the chair, turned his head towards me...

Immediately after I saw him, my hands clenched... an unsurmountable hatred build up in me.

The calming voice of Zixane immediately rang into my ears, pulling me out from that rage.

He got up, slowly walking few steps towards me, making me see the full image of this fatty shit.

The one in front of me... is none other than the person I wanted to see dead badly. I wanted to gauge out his eyes, his filthy tongue and torture him so badly that he won’t forget that pain even after 100 reincarnations.

But even before I could say or do anything, mother spoke first.

I could see the tension building up in her. She has been frowning constantly.

"If you had enough, kind Edward. You can take your leave now."

There was no modesty in her voice hat usually remains.

Suddenly I shifted my attention to Ayesha, who stayed quiet.

"Oh, I will. But before that, I would like to invite you all to my palace. As a transcended being, I would like to celebrate my ascension and share this happiness with you all."

There remained a smirk on his face when he announced that.

So the one who ascended few days ago was him?

"We have heard you, you may take your leave now." Mother said, her eyes firm and angry at the way he was looking at them.

Throughout his time here, he has been eyeing on all three of them.

Even before I was reborn, he has already set his eyes upon Eleanor, Ayesha and Setsuna. He even went ahead and dared to capture Setsuna before, and now that he has ascended there is no one to stop him.

"Oh, why the hurry, hero? My announcement doesn’t end just there. Now that you are nothing more than a weak woman, I would like to offer you a helping hand, if you agree to join me and become my mistress, I am willing to help you in finding the cure for you."
