The newcomers glanced at Noa.

Han Chao had mentioned him as well, hyping up his presence as a divine being living between the realms.

Yet, all five youngsters saw was an average-looking man in his twenties.

Doubt surfaced in their minds.

What if Han Chao lied about this store to hide where he had actually obtained the divine treasures?

They couldn’t really tell.

Not yet, at least.

But there were more pressing matters at hand.

"Senior Xue and Senior Qing?" the boy named Mo Wuyin exclaimed, trying to guess what the most popular seniors of the sect were doing here.

"We are working right now," Qing Xuan replied behind the counter. "What are you guys doing here?"

"W-we heard about this place from someone," the girl named Ye Moyin answered.

Xue Hanly neared them, greeting again.

"That’s great! I doubt you can find a better place than this. Come with me, I will show you guys around," she offered and took the lead.

The group exchanged glances before following her.

"Let’s start with our last product."

She took the protein shake from the shelf, almost drooling.

"This is a special drink our store is selling. Not only is this the most delicious thing ever, but it will also blow your mind."

"What do you mean?" the sect members asked in unison.

"I know it doesn’t look like a heaven-defying product, but I am sure one sip can change your mind and hook you on that."

Some of them lowered their brows.

It was still hard to believe that something so weirdly shaped and packaged could contain something so amazing.

"I think one of you should try it first," Xue Hanly offered.

She had full confidence in the product, and knowing that it could easily change their mind, she led them toward the counter.

Noa was watching everything from the sidelines.

He liked how well Xue Hanly was handling her duties and even liked her approach.

Yet he was confused because of Karma.

Though the girl didn’t directly force her juniors to buy the shakes, it wasn’t that far from it either.

"It would never allow me to act so rashly. Customers have to decide, and I can’t do it for them. But Karma somehow permitted her to do it."

This complaint was directed toward the system.

Thankfully, it listened and even gave a solid explanation.

"Makes sense," Noa approved, examining the first boy who had just paid for the bottle.

After Qing Xuan scanned the item and handed it back to him, the boy opened the lid with caution, hoping that he didn’t waste precious spirit coins for nothing.

The air shifted instantly.

The sweet scent of banana and cocoa drifted around the room.

Its rich aroma was enough to boost the appetite of everyone present in the store.

The boy clutched the bottle instinctively.

Then he gulped it down slowly at first. Yet, his eyes widened after each swallow, and his gulping speed intensified.

Every few seconds, he stopped himself for a ragged breath before diving right back.

He refused to waste even a single drop.

And licking his lips after chugging it down completely, he couldn’t even compliment its taste when something stirred in his stomach.

It started with a simple whoosh.

Soon enough, he experienced the same thing as Xue Hanly and Qing Xuan not too long ago.

"My qi!" he exclaimed, feeling the sensation of the first breakthrough.

Everyone from the squad saw the results. If they doubted the rumors, no one would question their eyes.

"Breakthrough from one drink?" one of them mumbled.

"It’s... real," another stepped near, shaking in excitement.

The same boy who had just gone beyond his bottleneck stood in the center of the store, his qi aura pulsing with never-before-seen intensity.

Within seconds, the group went completely frenzied.

They wanted to shout like maniacs and demand more for themselves.

But something stopped them.

It worked in their core and controlled their seemingly unruly desire.

Still, even if they weren’t loud and demanding, the fact that they wanted to drink the shake didn’t change.

Minutes passed by, and everyone obtained their share of drinks.

They also quickly devoured them to the last drops, expecting the same result as the first boy.

To their delight, the air froze, and qi began swirling around them.

Another dozen minutes went by, and the crowd dissipated.

Noa started his eyes when they left the store. He was confident that these youngsters would spread the word about the store, which would draw the interest of even more elders and students in his products.

It was all part of his plan.
