Beastmen Love-Chapter 181: Consequences of Your Choices

Almost at sunrise, Astri wakes up and returns to where Freyd is. She takes a few breaths, looks up gathering courage, and then slowly goes to lie down on his chest.

She keeps her eyes closed until he wakes up. He looks around a bit confused, looks at her and smiles, biting his lips too.

She sees his thing growing again, and that makes her nauseous, so she pretends to wake up, yawning and stretching her arms.

When it’s her spouses, she doesn’t mind, even likes it sometimes, but with him it is completely disgusting. She’s so happy she didn’t find a male like him instead of Wayde.

She turns to him and smiles.

"Good morning, handsome. I can see you slept well." She says.

"I did. This bed is so comfortable and soft. Your smell is great. You in my arms are amazing." He says, pulling her back to him.

He hugs her, putting his head on the crook of her neck and inhaling her scent.

"Where were you all my life? You will be essential to my plans. I hope you understand I’m up to having as many nests until the day your body can’t handle it. But don’t worry. I’ll take care of you always. And I promise that if you die, I’ll go with you."

"Good. I’ll be honored to help you achieve your dreams, my King." She says, disgusted.

"Thank you. You’re perfect. I can see you don’t fear me, and that shows me you’re telling the truth." He says and kisses her neck and chin.

"You’re empty-headed, my dude. Other person here would notice from a mile away." She thinks.

"Let’s go have breakfast? I’m starving." She asks.

"Sure. I need to pee." He says, and stands up. When he was about to pee on their side, she stopped him and repeated that she needs to be clean. So she brings him to the sandbox.

"Interesting thing... The costumes of your continent are different, but useful." He says as he pees.

"Yeah.." She says, looking away and wanting to put his head under that sand.

"Did you pee this morning?"

"This pregnant here pees all night, dear. Thank you for carrying." She says, pointing to the water basin, and he washes his hands as she washes hers too.

He carries her to where everyone is. Astri could see that her spouses didn’t sleep a wink, and they’re on the edge, watching Freyd so close to Astri. After eating and spending some time talking to Bono, and passing his hands on Astri every time he remembers she’s sat on his lap, Freyd looks at the sun and sighs.

"I need to go, my Queen. Promise me you will send a messenger right after you deliver this nest." He says to her.

"Only if you promise to come get me fast."

"I promise." He chuckles and kisses all over her face and neck, trying to scent her, and her spouses are trembling in anger and rage.

"Remember, Bono. No one should touch her. Protect her even if it means killing the rest of the females." Freyd warns Bono.

"Of course, my King." Bono bows, hiding his greeted teeth.

Freyd leaves, and when everyone was sure he was far, Astri was already taking a bath. All her spouses wanted to wash her entirely.

After profusely washing, Astri goes back to meet the others and her children. Cyprian burns the bed on the bonfire.

"Bono?" Astri calls, while she was playing with Atlas and Yuki.

"Yes?" He asks, walking to her.

"The female who opened her mouth. I want to see her." Astri says.

"I’m planning to banish her today with all of her males."

"No. You need her males. Bring me to her home. My spouses will come too. I’ll bring reason to her."

Astri is angry, because when the female betrayed them, she risked everything and, especially, her children. But it is beyond only risking her children. If it were only about Astri’s children, she would be acting selfishly since all females were at risk too.

Bono and Otto take Astri and her spouses to meet Lina. Her house doesn’t have doors or gates, so they simply go in. Lina is impressed, seeing that Astri is still there.

"You betrayed us." Bono says to her.

"I.. I just wanted to make sure he wouldn’t kill anyone. He said he wanted a white female and showed him a white female." Lina stutters, shrugging her shoulders as if it were something anyone would do.

"You showed our doctor. She made all of you healthy. He didn’t have to know about her! He wouldn’t kill any of you!" Bono growls.

"We have other doctors."

"All are her spouses, you stupid lizard! You’re lucky because Astri is smart and could convince him not to take her and bring Juno here. If it were for me, I would offer you to the King so he gives you to his warriors." Bono says.

"If she didn’t leave. Why are you so angry?"

"Because now we can see we can never trust you. That you could sell any of us out of your pride."

Lina’s males were listening, looking down, knowing that she had done something very wrong and unforgivable.

"And you trust her? How do you know she didn’t tell you about your plan to him?"

"After having a good and respectable life here, why would I want to live under a disgusting pervert who would r4p3 me on every corner just to have more nests?" Astri answers.

"Oh. Of course. You’re always the smartest precious female. You’re playing dirty to try to have Leader Bono or the King. Anyone can see that." Lina says back.

"Putting them to kill each other and stay with the strongest?" Astri chuckles.

"Yes!"

Astri laughs, holding her face.

"Oh boy... Females are so stupid sometimes. Do you agree with what she did? Don’t lie to me because I know when you’re lying." Astri says and asks Lina’s spouses.

They slowly deny with their heads, saying they don’t agree.

"And that’s the only reason I won’t say to my spouses not to treat you anymore. But I want to remind you of something, and I want to show you something that you will never forget." Astri says.

Before Lina says something back, she feels her body getting heavy and unable to move. She looks confused at her own body, she falls on her knees, and before her spouses run to her to check why she went down on her knees, Claud holds them in place.

Lina tries to move, and before she cries for help, her airway is blocked. Astri walks to her and looks deeply into her eyes. Lina looks at Astri’s eyes and realizes that Astri is the one doing that to her.

"Maybe you need to think about something. When you do something, you need to be ready for the outcome. You’d better know who you will be dealing with. And I can guarantee you that you don’t know me." Astri says to Lina.

Lina is trying to breathe, but she’s choking without air. Astri creates a stake out of thin air right in front of her.

"I have a lot to say to you. I’ll let you breathe, but don’t you scream. Even with that disgusting King licking my face, I didn’t scream." Astri warns her and lets the air go back into her lungs.

She gasps and looks at Astri and the stake, shocked. Bono and Otto are shocked to see Astri acting this way; they rarely saw her using her powers, even less being angry.

"You knew my children would be seen as weak to the King. From the beginning, the plan was made to protect you and the children of the tribe. The children were taken somewhere safe, and eggs too. The moment you brought my name, you wanted to harm me in all ways, knowing he would kill my children." Astri says to Lina

"I-I I’m sorry.. I.." Lina says, scared.

"Sh! I don’t want to hear your apologies now. I already had to let that disgusting creature touch me, lick me, even rub his d*k on me to convince him to leave. Every single one of my spouses has powers like I have, any of us could have killed him so easily.." Astri says, pressing the stake near Lina’s eye.

Lina is crying, scared of Astri and of saying something.

"If we killed him, Bono wouldn’t get the people’s trust, and the people from Dark Moon City would have died because of you. The next time you put everyone’s lives at stake like this, I’ll be the one taking the stake to kill you. Do you understand?"

Lina nods frantically. Astri releases Lina, who automatically runs to her spouses. Claud lets them go too.

"Our identities should not be known by anyone, at least until the battle against the King is over. Juno is a Monster King and has powers and monsters to vanish all of you. That’s why we wanted to make him come here, so we can get him. I hope you all will keep this secret." Astri says to Lina and her spouses.

They nod, still scared. Astri starts to walk away.

"Remember, Lina. If you were in my place, you would have killed me. I’m not going to kill you because your spouses are good and we need them. Be grateful for them." Astri says, looking from over her shoulder, and then she leaves the house.

Even if Astri’s powers are scary, if anyone thinks better, any other female would do the same. Lina didn’t only risk the whole plan. With her selfish act, she put the lives of everyone at risk. Astri wasn’t the only one angry. Her spouses wanted to kill her even if Bono loses all those males, but they need to do what Astri is saying. She’s more capable of not acting on a whim or without thinking of future consequences.
