A massive wave of pure, concentrated energy exploded outward from the guardian. The air in the chamber grew five times heavier.

"Ahhhhh!" a Martial Palace disciple screamed as the pressure slammed into his back, forcing his chest flat against the stone. The bones in his ribcage creaked under the invisible weight.

Evelyn let out a choked gasp, her face turning purple as she struggled to draw a single breath of air.

"It’s... it’s over..." Liang choked out, his vision turning black at the edges. "We are... going to die here..."

But in the center of this absolute, crushing gravity, Gabriel stood perfectly still.

The invisible wave of energy washed over his body, but the moment it touched his skin, the faint, geometric runes of the [Hex Lock of the Ancestors] beneath his pores glowed. The siphoning force was neutralized, flowing around him like water around a smooth stone.

And then, instead of drawing back, Gabriel’s eyes flared beneath his mask.

He didn’t use a spell. He didn’t activate a magic canceling barrier.

Instead, Gabriel simply released his own aura.

BOOOOOOOOM!

A raw, monstrous physical pressure exploded outward from Gabriel’s body. It was a dense, suffocating weight, dark gold and crimson, carrying the faint, roaring phantom silhouette of a primordial dragon that mirrored the draconic energy of the Dragon Fang dual blades.

The sheer magnitude of Gabriel’s 500+ stats clashed violently with the siphoning gravity field of the guardian.

The collision of the two invisible forces was so immense that the air in the chamber physically warped, creating a visible distortion that looked like shattered glass. A deafening windstorm whipped through the core, sending small pebbles and dust flying in all directions.

The stone floor beneath Gabriel’s boots cracked and buckled under the physical strain of his aura forcing the gravity back.

Behind him, Gabriel’s massive aura acted like a solid, wedge shaped shield, splitting the siphoning gravity wave right down the middle like a boulder parting a raging river.

Suddenly, Cassie, Bunny, and the barely conscious Sophie felt the crushing weight on their chests disappear. The air returned to their lungs. They gasped and coughed as they stared in absolute, wide eyed terror at the physical tempest raging around the masked man.

"His... his aura..." Liang stammered, his eyes bulging as he watched the air distort around Gabriel. "He’s forcing the tomb’s gravity back... with pure, raw presence... how can a human possess this much physical weight?"

The mini giant guardian, realizing its ultimate advantage had been countered, let out a deafening, furious roar that shook the very foundations of the cavern. Chunks of the ceiling, some as large as carriages, began to fall from above, crashing into the dark pit below.

The giant charged.

Boom!

Its heavy iron boots shattered the stone with every stride, its massive hands gripping the double bitted axe as it raised the weapon over its shoulder. It was putting every ounce of its physical power into this final, mountain splitting strike.

Gabriel did not move. He simply stood there, his wet coat fluttering, his hands holding the Dragon Fang dual blades loosely at his sides.

"Come," Gabriel said softly.

The giant arrived, bringing the massive axe down in a devastating, vertical split. The sheer physical pressure of the strike was so immense that a deep, wide fissure split the stone floor ahead of the blade, rushing toward Gabriel like an invisible plow.

Just as the axe was about to touch his head, Gabriel’s body moved.

Swoosh!

He did not dodge to the side. He stepped into the strike, his footwork so precise that the heavy axe blade passed barely a millimeter from his shoulder, cutting nothing but the air around his coat.

With the giant’s defense completely open, Gabriel’s eyes flashed with a cold, murderous light. He drove both of his Dragon Fang dual blades forward with terrifying speed.

SLASH! SLASH!

The twin blades carved deep, clean grooves into the giant’s iron neck, cutting through the thick metal plates using nothing but raw, monstrous Strength. The giant roared in agony, but Gabriel was already moving to his next strike.

Burrow Shift!

Gabriel’s body suddenly vanished into the cracked stone floor, reappearing in a ripple of shadow directly behind the giant’s back.

Before the giant could even spin around to defend itself, Gabriel launched himself upward. He gripped his Dragon Fang dual blades in a reverse grip and drove them both down into the giant’s back plates, carving through the iron defenses and shattering the structure from within.

CRUNCH!

The heavy iron armor on the giant’s back exploded outward in a shower of metal fragments. The giant guardian stiffened, its massive, mini giant body trembling as Gabriel twisted both blades, releasing the full physical force of his monstrous attributes directly into its core.

The crimson glow in the giant’s eyes flickered wildly before completely dying out.

The massive, double bitted axe slipped from its lifeless fingers, clattering to the floor with a heavy, echoing thud.

THUD!

The giant’s massive, iron body collapsed forward, hitting the ground with a force that shook the dust from the ceiling, slowly dissolving into a thick, silver mist that began to pool around Gabriel’s boots.

Gabriel landed gracefully amidst the settling dust, sheathing both of his Dragon Fang dual blades with a clean click. His wet coat slowly fell back into place, his breathing perfectly even. He stood there, a solitary, silent phantom in the ruined chamber.

Behind him, Liang, Evelyn, IceQueen, Ares, and the survivors of Broken Dawn and Olympus lay on the floor, their eyes wide and their mouths open in complete, stunned silence. They couldn’t speak. They couldn’t even process what they had just witnessed.

The creature that had effortlessly slaughtered their companions and reduced them to helpless infants had been completely, systematically dismantled in less than three minutes by a single man. 𝘧𝓇𝑒𝑒𝑤ℯ𝑏𝓃𝘰𝑣ℯ𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝘮
